Agility training focuses on foot speed, quickly changing direction and improving reaction to visual cues. Getting strong, running fast, and changing directions are the essential steps to boosting speed and agility.


At Rockhard Fitness, part of our focus for Athletic training, is to enhance each individual's speed, quickness, agility, and body control relative to sport. Speed development and enhancement is a careful balance and combination of strength training, sport training, skill training, and speed and agility training. Limitations in any of these areas can hinder the athlete's ability to improve their speed.
